Shoreham Harbour Regeneration Vision

The long term strategic objective is to reduce deprivation and inequalities and to regenerate the Harbour area so that it provides homes, jobs, facilities and services that are needed within the local communities. This will be facilitated by improving existing areas and creating attractive new developments which link closely with, and are part of, the existing communities of Shoreham, Southwick, Fishersgate and Portslade. The changes will enable sustainable living that will set an example to other areas nationally and internationally.

Adur District Council, Brighton and Hove City Council, West Sussex County Council, Shoreham Port Authority and the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA) are working in partnership to fulfil this vision.
